Colour-Coded Ratings

Instantly gauge candidate performance across Q&A, interview, and reference checks with new colour coding that indicates poor, mediocre, or positive ratings. This same intuitive colour coding is now applied to screening question answers, making it easier than ever to assess candidates at a glance.

Customizable Layouts

Personalize your workflow by reorganizing key sections like Candidate Tags, Felix AI Summary, Responses, Notepad, and Activities. You can now sort, drag, and drop these sections to fit your unique recruitment needs.

Enhanced LinkedIn Integration

Save time by adding, editing, or removing a candidate’s LinkedIn profile directly from their application page with just a few clicks.

Felix AI Summary

If you’re using AI Screen, the Felix AI Summary appears directly on the application overview, giving you immediate access to the insights you need. Plus, you can now regenerate, share, or export the AI summary right from the overview tab, streamlining your decision-making process.

Improved Navigation

With clickable links to candidate and job pages, navigating through :Recruit is faster and more seamless, allowing you to stay focused on driving your talent acquisition forward.
