Why don’t you charge a percentage of salary?

We never have. Our clients moved away from that model for a reason and love paying us for the work that we do! We’ll always charge you for the level of work that you need, be it large or small.

You bet we can! We help HR teams all the time when they are big on stress and low on time. We can assist with any part of the recruitment process, small or big, and help get you through challenging times.

I already have 100 candidates. Can you help with the rest of the process?

We definitely can! Hundreds of resumes and no way to handle them can sometimes be more of a problem than not enough resumes.

How long will it take to fill my vacancy?

Most employers start receiving applications within 24-48 hours of giving us the ‘go-ahead’ for the recruitment. Your Recruitment Web Page and advertising will remain live for one month. Most employers have a short list and are ready to start interviews after two weeks.
We know there are tougher roles out there, and smaller candidate pools, and we’ll be sure to let you know if your timeframe is not possible!

What if I need to hire more than one candidate?

That’s fine – there is no additional charge regardless of how many of your candidates you employ from a recruitment campaign. We charge you for our recruitment process instead of charging you a percentage of salary fee like employment agencies do. Additionally, if you are looking for further staff down the road, you can go back through your short list of candidates and contact other people on that list to invite them in for an interview or to offer them the job.

Does project scoping cost anything?

Scout actually offers advice and initial project scoping at no cost to the organisation. Our plan is to give first and provide the best recruitment and technology advice available. If we aren’t the right solution, we will tell you!

Can I customise the software to my specific business requirements?
