Terms and conditions

All Scout Talent clients are eligible to join the referral program.

All you need to do is share our recruitment campaign solution with your friends, peers, and network and ask them to quote your name and the name of your business when they enquire and purchase their campaign with us.
To be eligible for the full $50 gift card and $250 gift card offer, the person you refer must complete a meeting and purchase a recruitment campaign with an Account Executive from Scout Talent.
Completion of the meeting with no purchase will result in only the $50 gift card. You will receive the $50 gift card via email after the first meeting has been completed, and if a recruitment campaign (recruitment marketing, talent engagement, and/or software) is purchased, you will receive the $250 gift card via email.
The person you refer to us should either be a new client or a client who hasn’t purchased a recruitment campaign from Scout Talent in the last six (6) months.
Referral rewards are uncapped – you will receive the two gift cards for every purchase that results from a referral you send our way.
